This policy describes how GetVisaGlobal handles information when you use GetVisaGlobal.com and the GetVisaGlobal Android and iPhone apps. Contact the service operator, Micheal Olarewaju, at getsvisaglobal@gmail.com with privacy questions.
Information used by the service
- Account information: your email, account identifier, authentication information, and profile details you provide, such as name, country of residence, intended destination, and travel purpose.
- Preparation content: information you choose to save in available features, including travel plans, application tracking details, checklist titles, notes, saved opportunities, and cost estimates.
- AI conversations: prompts, conversation history, and generated answers. Usage records are used to apply access limits.
- Community submissions: stories, titles, display names, destinations, and other information you submit for publication. Approved stories can be visible to other users.
- Billing information: subscription plan, status, customer and subscription identifiers, and billing-period details. Stripe processes payment details through its checkout service.
- Technical information: authentication cookies, session information, and website usage and request data processed by hosting, authentication, and analytics providers.
Why information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide personalized preparation tools and AI responses, save account content, manage access to paid features, process community submissions, respond to support requests, maintain security, and understand service usage.
Service providers and AI
GetVisaGlobal uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting and website analytics, and Stripe for payments. The AI assistant uses an OpenAI model through the configured AI service. Your prompt and relevant conversation history are sent to the AI service to generate an answer. Providers process information under their applicable terms and privacy policies, and processing may occur outside your country.
Do not include government-portal passwords, payment-card details, passport numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information in AI prompts, preparation notes, or community submissions. AI responses can be inaccurate and should be checked against official sources.
Cookies and analytics
The service uses cookies to keep you signed in and maintain authentication sessions. Vercel Analytics is included in the production website to measure usage. Browser settings can restrict cookies, but this may prevent sign-in or other features from working. These support and privacy pages contain no analytics scripts.
Public content and external links
Information submitted for an approved community story is intended for public display. Avoid including information you do not want others to see. Government portals, news sources, and other external links operate independently and have their own privacy practices. Opening a link does not submit a visa application on your behalf.
Your choices and requests
You can update available profile fields and use available deletion controls for saved content and conversations. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of account information by emailing getsvisaglobal@gmail.com from your registered email address. We may verify account ownership before acting. Please identify any active subscription when requesting account deletion; removing account information does not automatically cancel recurring payments.
Retention
Saved account content remains associated with your account unless removed through available controls or a processed request. Some billing, security, backup, and provider records may remain where needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent misuse, or operate the service. Contact support for information about a particular record or deletion request.
Security
The service uses HTTPS connections and account authentication. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password private and contact support if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Children
The service is intended for people planning travel, work, or study. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate permission, contact support so the matter can be reviewed.
